Complaints will be resolved through the following escalation mechanism:
Level 1 – Branch Level (Within 0–7 Days)

Level 2 – Escalation Level (Within 7–14 Days)

If the complaint is not resolved within 7 days, the customer may escalate the complaint to the above officer.
Level 3 – Senior Management (After 14 Days)

Escalation to Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days or if the customer is not satisfied with the response, the customer may lodge a complaint with the Reserve Bank of India – Complaint Management System (CMS).
